Congressional Advocacy

Entrepreneurship is essential to our communities, yet many communities face systemic barriers and limited access to resources necessary for early-stage businesses to succeed. It is easy to think things like this don’t apply to each of us as we run our own businesses, but the systemic neglect of entrepreneurship weakens our economy and threatens the mobility. Combined with our moral imperative to support equitable access to opportunities, these issues make entrepreneurship support and investment essential to the health of all businesses.

In 2012, we founded theClubhou.se, a nonprofit dedicated to helping all communities have access to entrepreneurship support and access to technology. We’ve helped dozens of communities, thousands of people, and help support the growth of more than 100 businesses. In 2018, we were invited to provide testimony before the United States House of Representatives on our work.
